What To Expect
I encourage you to contact me by phone or email. This does not mean that you are committing to therapy at this time, nor will you be charged for this conversation. I believe it is important to have a chat about what you are dealing with and what you can expect, so that we can determine whether we are a good fit. The counseling relationship has been shown to be more important that any other aspect of therapy, and we want to be sure that I am the very best person to be helping you!
